Don Moses, J.D. is now a retired member of the California Bar Association and an Emeritus member of the Michigan Bar Association. He co-authored Practice Guides for Attorneys which were published by The Rutter Group. Don is a former member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, and in his capacity as such authored ethics opinions through the years. His opinions teach attorneys how to comply with high ethical standards.
